Acceptable Use | Howl
These Terms and Conditions govern the acceptable use of Howl and set out the rights and obligations of all users who access or use the platform. By registering an account or using any service offered on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
To use Howl, you must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you before registering.
Residents of certain territories are restricted from accessing this platform and may not register or use any services. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, you are not permitted to create an account or place any wagers.
By accessing the platform you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a professional player exploiting arbitrage opportunities, and that your participation is for personal entertainment purposes only.
- Minimum age: 18 years or the applicable legal minimum in your jurisdiction
- You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws
- Residents of restricted territories may not register
- Only one account permitted per person, household, and IP address
2. Account Registration
Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one account on Howl. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated funds subject to review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Provide truthful and complete registration details
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with any third party
- Notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorized use
- Only one active account per person is permitted at any time
3. Identity Verification
Howl is required to verify the identity of its users in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation at any stage, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of an ongoing review.
Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and, where relevant, documentation relating to your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.
All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for verification and compliance purposes.
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Payment method verification where applicable
- Additional source-of-funds documentation may be requested for higher-value transactions
4. Deposits
Howl is a crypto-first platform and accepts deposits in a range of supported cryptocurrencies. Select fiat payment methods may also be available depending on your region. All deposit methods are subject to the minimum and maximum thresholds displayed at the point of transaction.
Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your account once the required number of network confirmations has been reached, which varies by asset. Howl is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party payment processors.
You warrant that all funds deposited belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties will not be accepted and may be reversed.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in the same currency or asset as the original deposit where technically possible. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to network conditions. Fiat withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method and any verification requirements in place at the time of the request.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must have passed the applicable identity verification checks and any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied in full.
Howl reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of its fraud prevention and compliance obligations. Such checks may extend processing times, and you will be notified if further information is required.
- Crypto withdrawals: typically under 30 minutes after approval
- Fiat withdrawals: 1–3 business days after approval
- Identity verification must be completed before first withdrawal
- Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met or forfeited prior to withdrawal
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Howl are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.
Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other forms of abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account suspension.
Howl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform and will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings generated from them, can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms and must be completed within any specified time limit.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at the full rate, while table games, live casino products, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution schedule for each game category is available in the bonus terms.
If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated period, or if the account balance falls below the minimum required to continue play, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
- Wagering multiplier and time limits are stated per promotion
- Slots: typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
- Table games and live casino: reduced contribution rate — refer to individual promotion terms
- Bonus expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
8. Games and Fair Play
All games available on Howl are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers and use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player percentages and game rules are available within each individual game interface.
The acceptable use of the platform requires that all players engage with the games honestly and without the use of automated software, bots, exploits, or any other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, Howl reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake to the player’s account. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid.
9. Responsible Gambling
Howl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, and we encourage all users to make use of these features as part of responsible play.
You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from your account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. Reality check notifications can also be enabled to remind you of the time spent during an active session.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months and can be set to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be excluded from receiving promotional communications.
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly options available
- Session time limits and reality check alerts
- Cool-off periods: temporary break from gambling activity
- Self-exclusion: minimum six months, extendable to permanent
- Support is available via our customer care team at any time
10. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity and no wagering, deposit, or withdrawal for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to an account being classified as dormant, Howl will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the email address registered to the account.
Once an account is classified as dormant, an inactivity fee may be applied to the account balance on a monthly basis, up to the point at which the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. The applicable fee amount is disclosed in the fee schedule accessible from your account settings.
After 24 months of inactivity, the remaining account balance, if any, may be transferred in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds regulations. You retain the right to reclaim any such funds by contacting our support team and completing the necessary verification process.
11. Disputes and Complaints
If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your experience on Howl, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of the matter including any relevant transaction references or dates. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body, the details of which are available upon request. Our internal complaints process must be exhausted before escalation is permitted.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event. Howl’s server logs constitute the primary record of all transactions and game results, and will be the reference point in any investigation.
- Submit a complaint to customer support with full details and any supporting references
- Allow up to 14 days for a formal written response from our complaints team
- If unresolved, escalate to the designated alternative dispute resolution body
12. Privacy and Data
Howl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall terms governing acceptable use of the platform. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.
Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated third-party service providers where necessary to deliver the services described in these terms, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and software suppliers, all of whom are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to our data protection contact, the details of which are set out in the Privacy Policy. These terms were last reviewed on 1 June 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
